TDM is a child abuse prevention program. TheTDM program (team decision making) occurs when children are removed from the home and a decision has to be made to either place the children back in the home or find a safer method for the child either foster care, family member etc. Community representatives who are involved in the process serve as a natural ally and potential advocate for parents at the TDM.
